The Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services hosts a number of Special Community Events and Youth/Teen Activities every year, including our Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Makin/ Shearer Sports Complex, the Fourth of July Country Jamboree and Fireworks Show at Community Center Park, Youth Dances, annual Western Art Show, "Art of the American West," the Annual Holiday Parade of Lights and Lighting Ceremony, Breakfast with Santa along with many other events and activities.
